The legal profession is in a state of change. The four founders of ‘Balex’, Christian Eich, Pascal Berger, Tobias Treyer and Jascha Schneider-Marfels have therefore decided to transform the firm into a public limited company over the coming months. In this way, specialized knowledge can be better networked and clients can be offered optimized legal advice. In addition, ‘Balex’ will focus on the Basel (BS), Binningen (BL) and Rheinfelden (AG) locations. The law firm appears under the narrow aegis of ‘Balex’ to the end of the year. On 1 January 2018, it is converted into a public limited company and will operate under the name ‘Balex AG’. In the course of the restructuring, the external appearance is completely revised (branding, homepage).
