The Hirschmann case: Federal Court finds in favour of Carl Hirschmann’s appeal in part

The Hirschmann case continues to occupy the courts. In a recent decision , the Federal Supreme Court decided in favour of a complaint brought by Carl Hirschmann against ‘20 Minuten’ or ‘Tamedia’ over long distances. The decision was overturned for reassessment by the Zurich Commercial Court. From the aspect of profit distribution in particular, the decision appears to be of great importance for the Swiss media.
